Raise a return/ replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong or expired product(s).

We usually ship within 24 working hours after receiving an order. Once shipped, our logistics partner can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days, to get the order delivered to you. Users in metro cities can expect a faster delivery speed (within 4 days).

Niacinamide can be used in the AM and PM both. Make sure it is not being used at the same time with Vitamin C serum.

Niacinamide serum is effective to use to minimize large pores, reduce acne by controlling excessive oil production, repair skin barrier function, calm inflammation, hydrate skin and reduce dullness.

You can use multiple serums at once since they are targeted treatments and you may want to treat more than one issue. However, it’s best to know which formula is AM/PM. The PM formula can be reactive to sun hence, it is advised to use it in the night. So you might not be able to use these kinds of serums together.

If you receive a defected product, please send us an email with photographic evidence of the defected product and picture of the invoice at support@hidenothing.pk. hideNothing shall issue a replacement against the product. Furthermore, please note that you can escalate your complaint within 1 day after receiving the product.

It is important to correctly store your hideNothing products, under 30°C and out of direct sunlight. Otherwise, each product will last for as long as the specified period specified on its packaging.
